Due Diligence
Program Description
Having an occupational health and safety management system provides a strong foundation for exercising due diligence. However, not all systems are created or implemented equally. It’s essential that management recognizes their responsibilities and there are effective mechanisms in place to manage, monitor, and improve health and safety.
This program is designed to provide owners, managers, and supervisors with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices associated with exercising health and safety due diligence. Participants will explore the legal obligations, risk management strategies, and practical tools necessary to create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Through case studies, discussions, and real-world examples, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to proactively ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in your province.
