Program Description
This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of ergonomics principles and its impact on preventing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).
Participants will gain insights into the principles of ergonomics, identify ergonomic risk factors, and learn strategies to mitigate the risks associated with MSDs. The course emphasizes practical applications to promote a healthy and productive work environment.
